I’m a C-6 incomplete/quad (9yr). For a week now I have been having some symptoms that are difficult to describe; ears popping, a feeling of intense pressure in my head, lower back and legs, and tingling throughout my body. It happens off and on throughout the day; as well as laying down (I cannot turn on my left side without these feelings starting). It almost feels like AD but more intense.
I have ruled out all the obvious; it’s not due to AD, UTI, impacted bowels, or open wounds. My blood pressure is normal (100/79) as is my temperature. The only new medication I have started was Nortriptyline, but that was over 6 months ago.
Does anyone have any suggestions as to what this is?

I get feelings somewhat like your describing. I find that for me these feelings come a round when I cut, pinch, scrape, my legs, or my bowels move on there own, pretty much something happens that’s not normal. I hope this helped somewhat.

I'm not sure if this will be of any help, but I had similar symptoms a few years ago, it turned out that I had had a CSF leak after an operation to replace some metal work in my back, it was called a low pressure headache, the pressure feeling and ears popping sounds very similar. I think that you can have a spontaneous CSF leak for no apparent reason.

Hope this helps

Thank you for the post. I researched CSF a little and the symptoms described were right on. I see what the doctor thinks Monday; but at least I now have something to go on……
