Gooserider and I sleep on a king-sized select comfort bed with a thick mattress and an overlay on his side to prevent sores.

As you might anticipate, sometimes the king sized fitted sheet comes undone from a bed corner, and we have spent many annoying minutes more often than we would like trying to convince the sheet to go back where it belongs. We refer to this phenomenon as "sproing" or as "coming unsproinged".

I asked my parents to buy us, as a Christmas present, a set of sheets which claim to solve this problem, and I would like to report that they work!

They are not cheap.

The sheets in question are from DreamFit. We got this kind:

So, if you have this problem, I thought you might find this information useful.

I have no business relationship with the people who make or sell these sheets except having gotten them as a gift.

I have not owned them long enough to judge how well they wear over time.

P.S. For once, I provide information instead of asking for it.

How is the quality? I never believe threadcount numbers because they can always be fudged with. I was just looking at my sheets this morning thinking how annoying sproing was. I'm going to borrow your word. :-)

How is the quality? I am not sure I can answer that. The sheet feels smoother than what we had before, but I am not sure I could recognize a certain thread count by touching it. The sheet has been laundered and still stays in place. Dirt comes off. No holes, runs, balls, or anything like that. I think the same people offer higher thread count if you want that.

I care more that it stays put.
