spinal cord injury at d11 level

My son Sahir aged 13 years fell down from 60 feet hieght in Oct.2004.
At present he has not having sensation on both legs, and can not walk/stand.Bladder / bowler is improving day by day.
He is able to walk after using full length calipre.
Report of MRI was as under;

"Myelomalacia at D11 level.No evidence of disc harniationor
extraduralcompression is seen"

I am looking for treatment.
Any stame cell treatment can be available for this?If u can look into case and suggest me any treatment I will be obliged.
