Does anybody know where to find adaptive sports equipement on line. We are interested in a basketball chair and a sled for sled hockey

i would try going to sportaid.com they have a huge selection of stuff from basic wheelchairs to supplies to totallt custom off road chairs. and i know they sell basketball chairs, not sure about the other.
i may be paralized but iam still crazier and faster than half the people i know who ride quads or dirtbikes.
who cares what other people think!!!

What is your (rough) location? There is a great map (linked below) for finding sled hockey teams in the USA, and many of them have 'club sleds' for your use, to see what you would like. You can contact your local rehab center (here in MN it's at Courage Center), and see if they have a loaner available for your use. If you are a veteran, there are many services available for free/low cost equipment. Also, the Challenged Athletes Foundation helps fund equipment needs on a grant basis.
