Two questions ....

1. Is the tour wheelchair accessible?

2. Where do I book?

Simon :)

Don't know, but I was sent them in a link, and they made me laugh. Quite interesting also. Immaculate presentation. Real Sergeant Major stuff.

Have been to a couple of parties there as Fusiliers are based there. And don't know whether they were public or private areas, but certainly I was given a lift up the stairs.

Outside is cobbles so depends how you can deal with these. And I guess there'll be lots which just wasn't designed for wheelchairs.

However, here's the official take: http://www.hrp.org.uk/TowerOfLondon/planyourvisit/disabledaccess.aspx

I literally LMAO watching that!

As for being accessible.... quick answer is it's not but I guess being over 900 years old it wasn't built with wheelchairs in mind, and to be fair considering what it was built for I think they thought the more inaccessible the better!

One wheelchair user was heard to mutter, "I cant get in the Bloody Tower.". I think he was beheaded... :D

I think the Crown Jewel are accessible as its on a moveable walkway. I wouldn't let a feeeeww cobbbbleeees put you off. :D

If you want to see ancient history, just visit GB. :)
