The Biggest thing i find is how to get your heart rate up and keep it there.
2 problems i have found
1 "Wheeling" just dosn`t do it.......well not around a a flat surface.Which is where #2 comes in you find a incline and it is eathierr too steep or not steep enough. i dont mind going up and down a hill to get cardio i would just like other options. Heck what if its raining out? Yeah yeah i know People have said Thats just burns more calories for you.. They dont understand that water and skin (Butt) does not go well together when putting back and forth pushing motion together. I rarely complian but i tell ya i need help i am over 245PNDS and need workout plan and eating plan i dont mind making these up but i would rather have some sort of guidline to start with
