I'm currently on 8mg of dexamethosone twice a day and have realised that this has changed my already strong spasms. As well as this it makes me hungry, totally hyper and stops nausea (its role in me taking it currently).

My legs are permanently strapped with belts to the sides of my footrests, and yet still they spasm so hard and manage to wriggle free and jump off. I have long been unable to move my legs and feet against their spasm but now even my husband can't. I could lift him up with the strength they have!

My back spasm is also great arching and so I'm sitting against a wall as that means i have something susbstancial to lean against, and a desk in front of me. I am concerned though about the sideways spasm as I'm nearly out of the chair.

Fortunately I will be off the steroids soon but has anyone else seen this mixture of drugs and increased spasm happen to them?

I xx
