We are looking at getting new Verizon phones. Does anyone have any suggestions for a phone accessible by a c5/6 quad? She uses a flip phone right now, and can hold it by holding her thumb around the hinge. It would be nice to find a case that will make a smart phone accessible for her to hold.

I am a c5 quad and i use the Samsung galaxy. I love it bc everything is touch, and since i can't apply pressure, it works great. I have a strap on the back, courtesy of velcro and fabric, and my OT rigged a little toggle switch on the side so i can lock/unlock it. Adaptive material has become my best friend. I am able to use my right thumb to maneuver the keyboard. Hope this helped!

My husband uses the HTC EVO. It is all touch screen and he has a case on it that is like a rubbery material so he doesn't drop it.

I use a Samsung Messanger. I tried to use a touch screen but end up with typo after typo because I use my knuckle to press the keys. On my Samsung the buttons are raised for better accuracy, plus I have a rubber case for grip when holding it.

bought a garmin-asus A50 a few weeks ago and am loving it even when my hands (and wrists) are spasmed completely closed. Installed swype and all functions work on this phone even with no finger function.

I have big problems with modern mobile phones. I can only use mine to text, which I do using a pencil, and as long as my phone is flat on a table.
It would be really helpful if you could take photos of your phones and posted them here.

All my cell phones have been hands free :sarcasm_on: , usually after I have got frustrated with the piddly buttons and thrown them at something :ranting:

Hi Guys,

I have a button I can press using a pencil for hands free but my mobile still has to be flat on my desk with the top open.
They make phones so small now and so fiddly to use.... :ranting: Maybe I should get a Walkie Talkie... :mfrlol:
