I was very interested in having stem cell therapy done to improve my condition and perhaps get me out of my chair. I supported the idea of stem cell therapy, until recently.

I have heard from a professor who studies the results of this treatment, that there are many cases of patients developing menigitis from the surgery.

...Something to consider

Any spinal surgery has the risk of causing meningitis.

Such surgeries include; Baclofen pump implants, fixation of vertabrae, laminectomy, syrinx shunts and many more.

That's great and very mature. Actually it was a professor whom works closely with the Christopher Reeve Foundation.

Hey there,
I have recently become paralyzed and was wondering how much research you did on stem cell treatment. Have you looked abroad and where...I have been looking into so many web sites I am really confused.

Thanks,
Jeff D.
