Anyone Else Do Disc Golf?

Ever since my sister introduced me to it, I've loved playing. I'd imagine it would be doable for most paraplegics and possibly some quads, too.

So that's how it's played! There are plans for a course in my neighborhood and I had no idea how it worked. Thanks for the pic!

I love the piney woods, believe it or not we do have some here in Texas.

I played for years, but am still pretty stiff when it comes to being able to twist my core into a spring. But, am looking forward to throwing again.

Ah, yeah, I don't have the ability to twist that way because of the rods attached to my spine, so when I throw the disc it is all arm strength. It doesn't go as far as if I could do it the proper way, but I still have fun.
