The Quickie IRIS' rotational design is based on the idea of rotating the seat-frame around a user's center-of-gravity. This, combined with up to 60 degrees of posterior rotation and hi-resolution adjustment, provides the ultimate in control, maneuverability, and stability. It is a beautifully functional and ergonomic design that enhances patient comfort when a standard manual wheelchair is not enough support.

This wheelchair has a custom 18" tall backrest, adjustable head support and gel molding seat cushion with coccyx support. Tilting mechanism and dual brakes are operated by foot pedals from the rear. The cushioned full length side arms and leg supports are detachable and height customizable. The care-giver push handle is also adjustable at two button clicks. The seat measures 17.5 inches across.

The retail price of this wheelchair was $5,120.00 in 2009, including all the extras shown. It has been gently used and is now no longer needed. Asking $1,995.00 Located in Mattapoisett, MA. Will deliver free within 50 miles.

Hi, would you be willing to sell it for less? Also, I live in CT, but you are 140 miles away. Trying to think of how to get it home.

In my post, I tried to give enough information as to the value of the chair, but also be realistic as to its resale value. I would welcome a reasonable and fair offer. With regard to delivery, we could do either of two options. We could meet halfway or, if that isn't workable, I would be pleased to deliver it to your home if you would pay me the IRS business mileage reimbursement rate, which today is around $.51/mile. That would make the transport cost $143.00 for my round trip.

I look forward to hearing from you.
