I have just started using a Vibrogym, simply because I can. Most exercise are done in standing but some in siting also.
I can feel it working my muscles pretty well including those below my left knee which I have no control over but still have due to spasm..

Has anybody been using something like this long term?

If so what results did you have in terms of spasticity, tone, improved circulation, bone density and dare I ask - improved function.
