I've had a tiny pressure sore on my left ankle for some time now. It hasn't gotten any worse but it hasn't gotten any better either. It's keeping me from walking in my leg braces because I don't want it to end up getting too bad though. Is there anything I can do to maybe speed the healing process? Tired of sitting on my ass! Ha.

First thing to do would be to confirm what caused it. As it sounds like it's the leg braces you had best get them modified..

I got one on my elbow from learning on the desk at work. I just treated it like an ordinary wound - iodine and dressing's..
Out of the gloom a voice said unto me, "Smile and be happy, things could be worse." So I smiled and was happy and behold things did get worse.

I agree with John, get your leg braces checked. I wear leg splint which enables me to walk in the house (I use a wheelchair outside) when I first got them I had problems with pressure sores on my ankles. I have found that I need an extra layer of protection when I wear them, I use Tubifast bandeges

They are very light weight and also help in hot weather as they act as a wick for sweaty feet, I was first given Tubigrip which is much thicker and I found it made my legs very hot and sore.

As for the sore you have now - see a medic asap, get a nurse to show you how to dress it and try and leave it open to the air for a few hours each day and make sure you are eating well and drinking lots of water - the better condition you are in the quicker it will heal.
