There is a weird circular mark on the bottom of my feet. Same size, exact same location, but on separate feet obviously.
We did some research and have been trying to kill them by rubbing tea tree oil on them, which I felt was working,
But apparently not. Does anybody have any idea what these might be? I'm not sure if it's related or not, but I haven't
Been feeling right in my stomach and I've been having some trouble in that area, if you know what I mean, since these have
Appeared.
If you don't try, you fail.

Sounds like problem i had on one foot and initially thought it was a verucca. It was a build up of hard dead skin with a black dot in centre. Showed it to Dr at spinal unit and he said it was something similar to a callous. It kept giving me a spasm if i put weight on it.

I got a file and kept filing it once or twice a week. After a long while it departed but took alot of "work".

Exact same size, exact same location on each foot sounds suspicious to me.. Perhaps have a look at your shoes.. Is there not maybe a bump in the bottom of the shoe that is pressing on your foot at that spot? I had a similar problem with my shower chair's foot plates pressing on my heels.. Good luck in having this resolved ASAP.. ;-)
What's important is not what happens to us, but how we react to what happens to us..

God gave us two ends, one to think with, n one to sit on.. Success depends on which one u use.. Heads u win, tails u lose..

I completely forgot about the black dot, which is another characteristic of the circles. Did the Dr. Recommend a file or did you just think about yourself? Did it ever end up coming back? Thank you for the suggestion!

My fiancé's left foot spasms more than his right foot , it's as if he is tapping his foot to music all day long. This has caused him to develop a callaus on his left heal and the back of his heal.

When in the spinal hospital we were given a moisturizer Atrac-train cream that has10% urea and 4%AHA this helps a lot.
Good luck and care of it. I was worried about my partner's black dot but good to know it is just a callus.

Few days after my little reply, my partner now has a sore under his left heal and I guess the best thing is to keep pressure off of it. So while he is sitting on the chair I place his heal in the space of a donut pillow.

We were just at the doctor's and my partner did not utter one word about this sore.....

Anyways........ Any advice on how to treat it because for now he does not want to stay in bed.

i dont know if he has to stay in bed with it on his heal, but definately keep shoes off and maybe elevate it if he can but pressure has to be removed to heal......i would say just keep watch on it and keep the pressure off......of course treat it and see a wound care facility/doctor.......
