Has anyone ever seen a wheelchair accessible sun lounger, preferably with a canopy top. I mean one that is easy to transfer on to.

Perhaps something like below, if you are talking portable for bringing to the beach see the second link. Neither of these have a canopy/umbrella, but you can buy clip-on umbrellas that will work, most are adjustable, see the last link...good luck.

Hi- b and q have one at the moment!! They either do a single one- think that's £299- I'm aiming for that- or one of those double ish ones with a canopy ( think they call them love seats????) which is a lot more expensive!! They are a wicker type of material - so sturdy enough not to move, with a removable cream cushion that you would have to take in in bad weather. I'm saving up!!
