So I was looking for tips, I have no sensation in my parts of my torso, and parts of my right leg I can't feel either. Often I have scars, cuts on my body I can't feel. Looking for advice on how to handle this, and possible ways to prevent it.

Only thing you can do is just to make a point of LOOKING before you turn/move......the old "look before you leap" adage.

That or have a tailor/seamstress make a suite out of BUBBLE WRAP!
