Julibugs as asked me to let you all know that she will be off forum for quite a while.
She would like all her friends here to know that their friendship and support has and does mean a great deal to her and the info she has gained through aparalyzed has been invaluable to her.
I have been asked not to go into detail as to why she will be away for awhile, but those listed as her friends, you can pm me anything that you wish to be passed on. I live near to Julia and will happily be a messenger for you and for Julia.
i am sure that in her own time Julia will be back on line and pick up where she left off, offering help, advice and support to anyone she felt she could help.
I have a sneeky feeling that she may check up on me to see that I have posted on her behalf, so please add your comments and best wishes to her below.
Thanks Guys
Al

I never really understood what it was like to want to end your own life, the strength of feeling that
I feel that I am slowly clawing my way back to a place where I can look forward to living in bite sized bits today and maybe this time next week I will look forward to a whole day at a time, I hope so.
Thank you Al, I will get to see you one day soon - tomorrow I plan to start baking again.

Hi my love,
As soon as you are up to it, coffee's are on me. You can be the first wheelie mate to see the new house! just don't go doing doughnuts on the new wooden floors, ok! lol.
I loves you loads, and if I can help in anyway, you know you just have to call or txt me.
You were there for me when I needed a shoulder and an understanding ear when Dad dropped dead last year, so consider this as payback time!
Big hugs
Al xx

It was so good to see a post from you when I logged on tonight. I do hope that you will continue to have more good days than bad ones and are on the way to recovery.
On the baking theme I have just tried a new recipe for a new cake....Almond and summer fruits....very moist and yummy, great with cream or yoghurt ! If you want the recipe I will post it.

After my last attempt to come back was so short lived I am trying again. I am feeling a lot better and can actually look forward to doing nice things with my family. This has been a rreally tough journey to travel but I am feeling more positive.
you guys do an amazing job, always caring and supportive and give really great advice when its needed.

So pleased to see that you have posted. I keep on looking out for your name when I log on and i do hope that you are now improving and will feel able to keep in touch. It is great to know that the community here is willing you to improve and I am sending lots of positive vibes and a big hug !!
As you know we have had a tough time too, our dear son died in May and it is so hard to keep going some days, but I am so lucky to have my 2 girls and 3 grandaughters and also lots of friends around me who have been amazingly supportive.
I hope you manage to keep improvimg and try and remember all the good things to keep you going on the journey.
Love Jane
