After more or less being stuck in the house most of the winter, spring comes and we buy a snowmobile. This is the best time of teh year to buy, mind you.

I put a back rest on mine. Wore a auto racing neck collar. Helped ease the strain on my neck from the helmet. Thumb, grip warmers, heated vest. Be careful of boot heaters. Friend of mine burnt their feet pretty bad with them. A nylon strap helped keep my knees from floping around.

Not to worry Ratso,,, you're in Alberta,,, it'll be winter again in no time. Be careful of taking any weekend trips,, you might miss summer altogether.

Winter lasts 8 moths, then a month of spring, a month of fall, and 2 weeks of summer. the other month and a half are lost in some sort of wierd vortex thing that transends the seasons

I Love winter and always wanted to try a snowmobile. Glad to here you got one and ENJOY!
