I was wondering if anybody had any weight watchers info they could give me that you are not using anymore? It would be greatly appriciated.If anyone has any info please let me know. Erin

sorry not weightwatchers but before my surgery I was using Food focus its a free site as well so saves money and very easy to use

.Had lost just over 2 stone using it and have just restarted it

I use Slimming World, and had great success with it, losing over a stone. I fell off the wagon a bit, due to some health issues, but back on it now. It is really good and simple, it is focussed on eating the right kind of foods, fruit, veg, pulses, pasta and lean meat and fish (if you are a meat eater). It isn't faddy, and I find it works around my life quite well.

(I don't work for them by the way, I just found it through my Dad who recommended it to me!)
