In addition to the above.

Spinal Cord Injury Awareness Day - everyeighthours Website

Did you know that Friday 20th May is Spinal Cord Injury Awareness Day?

The Spinal Injuries Association has teamed up with Aspire, Back Up, Spinal Injuries Scotland and Spinal Research to launch an "everyeighthours website", so-called as it is estimated that an average of three people become Spinal Cord Injured each day. The website, created to raise awareness of SCI amongst the general population, has information about the condition as well as case studies and video testimonies of SCI people and an on-line quiz.

The website will go live within the next few days at: http://www.everyeighthours.com

For future dates around the world, please see our Spinal Cord Injury Awareness Day webpage.
