I've heard of them. They are basically plugs that you put up your bum to stop any unfortunate leakage when your out and about !
Handy if you suffer from having accidents when your out as I suppose it could be very emmbarasing !

Wouldn't your body start to sweat and hypereflex/disreflexia if your basically sitting on a butt plug? I know for sure that my body would go balistic if I sat on a butt plug.

Ok, a few months on from the start of this topic and I can say Ive just started using these on reccomendation by my Urologist. ( Not a high in lifes events I must say!) Anyway I can report that for me anyhow, these are wonderful.
My main problem has been faecal leakage ( wonderful huh!?) which I really hope is a temporary pregnancy thing. The plug is foam covered in a membrane. You insert fully into your anal passage and leave for 12 hours. It expands to fill your passage. It still allows for wind, but nothing else escapes. They have worked very well for me I must say, meaning Im not worried at work or having to change underwear. I really really didnt want to have to use a pad as personally I feel pretty undignified doing that. this is a discreet way of dealing with a problem without making a big deal.
Some people apparently do feel as if they need to go to the loo after insertion, but that wasnt the case for me, probably depends if you have sensation or not.

If anyone is interested further I can answer any questions hopefully.

Cheers
L
