Hello Everyone,

My friend who is a paraplegic t6-7 complete has decided to goto Panama for Stem cell Therapy he is planning on going the end of June. He was injured about a month and a half ago thats how long he has been a paraplegic, has anyone every tried stem cell treatments? any advice? here is where he plans on going http://www.cellmedicine.com/ any information anyone has would be greatly appreciated, we have spoke to 3 patients who claim to have received additional feeling sensations and then there is one case where an individual claims to have actually recovered enough to actually walk (Juan Carlos Murillo)? I am not naive and i know there is no miracle cure, this is new to us. any information is greatly appreciated!!

Thank You in Advance

Giving his money to Bernie Maddof would be a safer bet. At a month and a half he wouldn't know if any return was because of the stem cells or simply normal return. ( which many get).. If this place was really helping anyone,, there would be headlines in all the papers. It's just another of the many scams being pulled on SCIs by unscrupulous doctors( I'm giving them the benefit of the doubt, here) trying to make money off of others misery.

On the other hand,, let him go and spend his money. It'll make him feel like he's doing something,, and the Panamanian ecomomy needs a boost anyway.

Well, their first claim of being world leaders in stem cell is false. That would be Beike in China, and they are a pure profit play, doing no meaningful research on their own outcomes.

I suggest you read this thread:
