I have been leading a seated cardio class for the past year, and have finally got it online! You can access it from home, and get 2 new routines every week! Each class is 45-50min long, and are self paced, so you will get a workout no matter what your fitness level

There are informational videos on my site you can watch before you sign up. The classes are $25/month through PayPal, and are month to month - no commitment. So you have nothing to lose! Get started on your fitness today!!
You can try the class without any resistance to start, then add hand/wrist weights for an increased challenge. Don't increase your weight until you can make it through a full class without rest breaks. Each pound makes big difference, so increase slowly.
