Some Members have asked questions about Contracts when employing their own Carer.
With Simon's consent and support, I'm attaching 3 documents that may help you; it will also show you the responsibilities Employers face.

It doesn't matter how water-tight you make your Contract an employee can break it. There's little you can do about this, but if you breach the Contract in any way, the employee will take you to Tribunal.

These were drawn up by a Solicitor in Employment Law, I hope they are of help.

Thanks for posting,it's an informative read.
It is good to have an end to journey towards,
but it is the journey that matters in the end.
