Yes. He's the only singer, ever, who could sing any type song and do it great and do it better than anyone before or after him! As much as I love his music, I never thought he could act though. Or, maybe, he was never given the correct opportunity?! Who cares, huh? Love Me Tender, Teddy Bear, Blue Christmas, In the Ghetto, on and on and on; and gospel. You can feel his heart and soul in his gospel singing. Anyway, he's #1 in my book.

This is really hard - I guess my music tastes are as varied as Doms, but here goes....

favourite type of music ~ Classical if I need calming, otherwise cheesy pop! (hubby has banished all my CDs to the car) and some indie type stuff

favourite song (currently) ~ I predict a riot - Kaiser Chiefs

song you're listening to most at the moment ~ the tv in the background, have hubbys rock stuff on the computer and a good tv program is about to start I think (Murphy's Law).

For John and Okie and the other country lovers - I know its not all Dolly Parton, but its not my thing neither is hard rock of Metallica ilk

Do you guys also have bands/singers that you think you should like, but get on your nerves? I'm like that with REM and Travis... I have even bought CDs thinking I would like some of the tracks and ended up giving them away!
