Bigger Air Loss Mattress And Frame

I'm very thankful that I am fortunate enough to have both of these items but, they are relatively small and definitely do not accommodate both my girlfriend and I very easily. Has anyone run into this situation before and purchased a bigger set? If so, I would be curious as to where you looked and any suggestions you may have. Thank you so much!

maybe you could stick a single bed or twin bed beside your bed?
I haven't seen any low air loss mattress that wasn't made to fit a hospital bed.
