I would like to warn everyone about this company & relate to you the nightmare I have had to deal with for

the past year.

I got a power wheelchair through this company & it has had constant problems which they refuse to resolve.

They claim in their advertising that they do repairs but in reallity refer everything to the company &

every problem is throwm to the company to deal with.

What this means in real terms is that every problem must be refered to the company that supplied

the Wheelchair[In this case Pride Mobilty] & require the chair to be shipped to their location in Sacramento

CA which has resulted in my being without a wheelchair for over a month at a time.

I think most of you realize how difficult this can be.

Do not make the mistake of doing business with them, they are a little mom & pop company that will

not fulfill their resonsabilties to upkeep equipment.
