Hi all

I am 5 foot 1 and english size 14 (could be 12 yet I'd be pooping out and uncomfortable) me boobs are rather big, the weight of them hurt - weight gain due to steroids weight not shifted and lack of mobility (I was a tiny 8/10 pre sci yet half starved meself and was a horse-riding/hiking fanataic and workaholic and activities with me children) I am just not 'made' to be slim naturally.

Even more lack of mobility/ability to sit up means...me stomach muscles have gone into a coma state. Bra wearings horrific pain wise so I wear all in one garments (only ones with suspender belts as they dont make ones without unfortunatley as sexy really aint a look I am interested in for everyday wear lol) yet these are a pain as i cant do them up meself so resort to bras in emergencys. Heavier breasts hurt me back too :(

[/b]Help needed please[/b]
Anyone know of any normal support all in ones and direct me to a website please? Also how do you cope with bigger boobs and not spill things down you? (me t-spine means i cant bend anyway and spilt food down me in smaller boobs day)

I am comfortable to use a label to describe meself as fat, as i'm still attractive and dont find other overweight people unattractive myself. I'm also very healthy, have shiney hair, good skin and eat little and very healthy and well within the recommended limit for me sedate condition. Blood tests futher confirm this. The meds also give weight gain yet would pick this over pain anyday as does lack of mobility. I wont stop eating well to eating nothing just for vanity - to cut out = illness - no way.

Help needed[b
]Any exercise one can do with limited upper and lower body extreme weakness and can only do exercise when lying down? Are them tummy belts - slendertone - any good or would they cause more muscle spasms? Also me arms are so weak and large as what was muscles have turned to fat[/b]Thank you :) I miss me exercise as it was fun for mind and body :) Me self esteem/body image is super :)

I haven't been able to wear a bra either, but have found built-in support in vests/tight T-shirts to be adequate for my D-cups.. They're available at all the chain stores here..

As far as exercise, I'm not sure if you meant for abs or for chest.. I am complete, so can't exercise my abs, but I use thera-band (spelling???) for my chest exercises.. There are so many different ways/angles to stretch it in, all with their own benefits.. I find it helps my triceps tremendously too..

I know I´m not supposed to be reading this thread, but I couldn´t help peeking.

I have in mind this picture of SB stretching her breasts in all those many different ways and angles with brightly coloured rubber bands. Let us into the secret Smiley. Just how do you attach the bands to them? Photos would help, but if you´re shy, just post a couple of sketches. :mfrlol:

GB you are incorrigible! Lol.. I stretch the theraband using my arms, which works the muscles in my chest.. But I'm sure you knew that! :P

Hi smiley

I meant more like doing star shapes or something, exercise like in swimming pool lying on ya back floating in water - except on me bed instead.

Thanks so much, I've never come accross these tight vests before, much more suited to me personality in me day to day life me thinks  .

Chest muscles - ooo no lol, I mean abs. Me arms well, rotator cuff tear and now nerve damage and hand rigidness means weights and pulling ropes even when lying down are a thing of the past, at least me arms are all over chunky and in proportion of being like two round sausages rather than a bat wing, for now anyway. I lift a large red sauce bottle up and I feel strong, really it is that bad - at t7/8 its not meant to be that way, I know.

dd and gb, I reckon them exercises for SB sound rather exciting alternatives for her :)

Hi broc

I'm t7/8 yet that isnt the normal for that level injury I am told, I going for further investigations to see why. Very strange. Mind you its disc herniation caused by an accident and a gradual progression to this stage, rather than the usual accidents hit outright with sci.

:offtopic: I'm not a million miles from you and one of me best friends works at the Priory Hospital nearby you in Jasper Carrott land, I'm more country bumpkin land, shall I say (although a city girl in origin) :offtopic:

I'll save up and get one and keep ya posted, thanks for replying :)

Hi broc

:offtopic:
Ohhhh no I dont know any famous people, its just common knowledge that Mr Carrott lives around there lol. I saw his house as a friend knew where it is, well posh. I think a shed in his garden would be bigger than me whole home. All I know of solihull is the great shopping area. And hosptal staff who work there, I dont have a brummie accent either - only the word 'ya' has slipped into me vocabulary :D

I dont hold much hope they will ever know why, just give me a clue why things may do what they do would help me a tiny bit :head_brick_wall-1: B)

I didn't like wearing a bra even before SCI and now the darn thing is right at my injury level. One guy said "Hey if you need any help with sex...you always had them big titties and I hate to see them go to waste" No, they have gone to waist! I was thinking of designing clothes with built in support that doesn't look and feel like a harness. Maybe a sling? A piece of fabric from one side to the other that goes under your boobs and lifts them? It wouldn't cover nipples but I've never heard a man complain about that. How many times have you heard "Is it cold or are you happy to see me?" lol

Mcjane..really? well if you can design this, go do it now.I know exactly what you mean and what a great idea - for women even without injury its great, just imagine a see-thorough bra with no material restrictions getting in the way for our bloke and/or birds (only thing is you wont be friends with any plastic surgeons as no one will need boob lifts again)seriously go do something with this idea please :)

Sean, I'm going to hire you out to big boobie ladies, looking at ya picture I'm very sure I can get us loads of money by you offering such a kind service

oohh I know that boob comment well - mind you before I even go there I say 'actually they fancy cold weather, not you, so they stick out to feel it some more - now if I fancied you, I wouldnt be sitting there heaving in me throat just at the sight of you'

Its nearllly, yet not quite as good as the nerve of some strangers telling me they are 'a giver and examples of why this is' within a short time of space in a shop buying me food being as un-flirty as I always am 'how interesting thank you for telling me such great skills you have...now Mr sexy stud whose just soo great :recourse:, tell me and you are single why? with such great conversation stoppers that fall from your mouth, I cant imagine how this could possibly be

yes, Mr Carrot does live in Solihull. I don't live that far from him but yes indeed he does live in a very big house in the country...I wonder if Blur made their song up about him??????????????

Unfortunately my house is not so grand although I would give him a run for his money on Golden Balls :-/ I doubt he needs to be too concerned about him being ditched by ITV for me mind you. As for the issues you are having, I am on the polar opposite end of the scale :( maybe I can have some of yours???? lol.

If only it were that simple hey. There's nowt wroong with sayin' ya! ;)

ciao for now mademoiselle Pink Cloud :)

 brilliant Broc

Blur, brilliant band, I bet your right, A brummie wid loads of money like Jasper? Too much for southerners to bear me thinks

I used to be miss small boob meself and always wished for bigger fuller ones....well they are rubbish, hurt the back and blokes and I guess some ladies too if I noticed...look at them and I've had to chuck out me favourite tops as they just dont fit and look wrong all wrong. And people pay for these???? I'd rather try to walk in high heels around the home, be just as flipping painful  :(

And ohhh yeah, that line 'more than a handfuls a waste', really? then how come women with big boobies never get that line hey? Oh the wonders of our world hey, golden balls, I forgot about that :)

P.C.

I think the larger they are the more trouble they cause wherever you go. I have trouble wearing bras bc of my back. I'm with SB, I wear a lot of tight t-shirts (never tried the vests) and they are able to support mine and they are DD cups. If it'll work for me I feel like it would work for anyone.

I use the Thera Band to for chest and arm exercises. I haven't read all the posts here but it comes in different colors that represent different tensions.
