i have just got massivve pressure sores whiich are bleeding in my ears from wearing ear plugs

just a warnning for quads who use them

Did you use the squishy kind that look like neon marshmallows or the plastic molded kind? When I had to wear earplugs (early on with the brain injury....sensitivity to sound & light cleared up thankfully) I wore the kind that are for use at the shooting range....they were so spongy that they didn't make any sores. I did however have some DISGUSTING wax buildup up though, which I was told can increase risk of ear infections. :blushing02:
