Hi
Can someone out there help me please !! I am really not good with computers and want to know how I can view some of the pictures and videos which are posted.

I often have a blank box in a message with a tiny square icon in the top left corner. I know it is a photo or video clip but cannot view it. If I put my cursor onto the little icon and click on it nothing happens !! Is this because I have something blocked on my computer ? because some photos appear as soon as I go into the message.

Okay I know I am a dunce.....I am just no good with technology and really only want to be able to do simple things , but this is really bugging me......can someone explain it in nice simple terms for me !!

Make sure you've got the latest version of the Flash Player installed. Failing that, I susspect your PC may have been invaded by either trolls or gremlins. If it's gremlins, you will most likely hear their shrill screachy whining when you start your PC. Trolls on the other hand usually remain silent, but lurk in the dark depths of your computer, hiding behind the firewall or under the fire bridges. Either way, you will need a good virus hunter, such as Buffy the virus hunter, or possibly Indiana Avast.

Thanks to you all for suggestions. I had a word with my other half who tells me we should have Flash player as it is part of Adobe and we use that. I think it must be something that our anti-virus is blocking and I'm not sure I feel able to fiddle with that.....perhaps I shall just have to continue with the few photos that do appear, perhaps They are added using a different method ?

Thanks again, Jane
