i'm a c4-c5 incomplete. can move my arms but they are weak.
any ideas??

I want to hang a map of the world in my house, and then I’m gonna put pins into all the locations that I’ve traveled to. But first I’m gonna have to travel to the top two corners of the map so it won’t fall down.
Riding uses your muscles in a way they're not used to, and getting to bond with your horse makes it meaningful, even if you never progress beyond arena rides.
have you seen rugby? it's designed for quads of all function levels. from a c5 complete to a c8 incomplete, everyone have roles to play and everyone is equilly important. i personally love it. and its full contact which it always fun.
