hello, I am a newbie. I am just looking for any information or advise on training for a half and full marathon at the end of the year! I know it is a gradual increase in distance when you train. I am looking for some type of guidelines in terms of how to increase distance or really any information. I will be doing this in my Quickie GPV and I also have an arm ergometer to train with also. I welcome any input, as I am new to this. Thanks in advance!

Thanks, I appreciate it! I noticed you are a bodybuilder, I would love some advice on dropping weight and toning up. Maybe even what kind of whey thingy is better as a meal supplement? Well, Thanks again wheelz!

Hi hotwheelsinSD
My advice is just train for as long as you can and travel any distance that you wish.
If you want to drop weight eat less and participate in your training for the half marathon and marathon and you will lose weight anyway. Whey thingy(protein) is not a meal replacement. You are better eating natural proteins such as beans, lentils, fish, meat, soy and nuts. Good luck with the traing.
