hi fellow gimps! i'm a c 6/7 quad and have been injured since 1986. i was in a roll over hydroplane accident and it took hours for the paramedics to get me out of the car in the pouring rain. that definately wasn't my day. but alas life goes on!

We will all miss her irreverant wit, and remarkable insight and intelligence. I am taken aback,,, I was unaware that her surgery was of such a serious nature. My heart goes out to you, MG,, as well as to her family and other friends. It is a great loss to us all.

Thanks for being strong enough to be the bearer of bad news. Her spirit will be missed on the board as elsewhere. Please keep us posted as to arrangements, time, and funeral home. Some will want to leave e-mail condolences. She toughed it out til the end. Hopefully she is at peace now...............

Karen

My heart goes out to you. Losing a best friend is so hard especially when you share a common bond. There aren't any words to make it any better or easier. Just remember to breathe...sounds simple but at times almost impossible. You're in my prayers.

That is terrible news. From all Bev's recent messages that showed her indomitable spirit, you would never have guessed she was so seriously ill. Like E-Dog, she will leave a large hole in our lives. Who am I going to butt heads with now?

Thank you for bringing us the news, Karen. I feel for you. And thank you for being there for Bev. I hope she's in a happy place of her choice.

Carpe Diem

I'm so very sorry to hear that.

My heart goes out to her family.
I will always remember her with great fondness..
