My fiance is c-5. He is incomplete and has full sensation. He can get an erection by thinking of sexual things and by physical touch. However, when he reaches an orgasm, he doesn't ejaculate. And if he does, it's only a little bit.
Anyone know anything about this? Or how to conceive one day?

Some of his soldiers might be going into the bladder. There is useful information in this forum. Sorry I can't offer more assistance. I am still going through the information myself.

I am able to ejaculate (verb) but I don't think it is ejaculate (noun). I am quite sure it is the lubricant that men naturally "drip" when excited but mine doesn't drip but comes out in some quantity (about a tablespoon). My doctor said to determine if this is the case, he would have to see if sperm are in the ejaculate. But I had a vesectomy many years ago so I'm not going to have sperm in any case.

If you want to conceive at some point, I think a doctor can use some kind of electrical shock to cause your husband to ejaculate. A good question for his doctor.

I believe optimism is possible. I'm a c-4/c-6 incomplete and my wife and I have two children. IVF was ultimately required due to motility but life is richer for it. Talk with your fiance and know that children add both stresses and joys to any relationship but the challenges are compounded by disability.

Hopefully by now you have figured this out... however, I will throw this in just in case...

This may sound too simple... but is your boyfriend hydrated? If he is dehydrated, he will produce less semen. In any case, it's not the volume but how good of swimmers are they? Volume helps but still does not guarantee. A semen analysis could help figure it out.
