My husband is a quad. c4 c5. This is still pretty new two the both of us, hes only one year into his injury. My problem, one of many, are the bed sores. hes only had two, about the size of a quarter, but I cant find anything that really works. Ive tried everything from the pharmacy and off the internet. I do all the right things, I turn him four times a night, bought a memory foam bed, keep it clean , Ive even used the E.S.T.M. machine on it for blood flow. What else is there? Anyone have a tried and true remedy? I know they dont heal over night ,but something that works to cut the duration would be nice. any suggestions?

There is a product, Microcyn/Puracyn/Vetericyn, that will help you out. I have used it several times very successfully for pressure ulcers. You can go here and read about it: http://store.oculusis.com/xusorb.aspx
Good luck with your husband.
