I was in the hospital for a day about a month ago and since then I urinate oddly. I'll explain a little more. I usually do an ic every 6 hrs or if I go into ad. But since I got out of the hospital I don't hardly pee at all from noon till 6ish am. But from 6 am to noon it's like my body just dumps all at once. I'll have to go like 3-4 times urinating from 300-500 ccs each time. I dont understand why. Anyone else have an idea?

Do you have a lot of swelling that gets worse through out the day? If so this may be caused my water retention. and when you go to sleep it levels/elevates your legs and WAHLA magic pee. I had that problem while I was in the hospital and thats what was causing it for me. also maybe if you drink tons late at night and barley anything during the day?

I would consider the above first. Also, cpuld you have an undetected UTI? I also wonder if you have changed your diet recently. Some foods and drinks work as diuretics. Fruit juices with acid like citrus and I also find that sugar makes me pee a lot.
You may want to consider a bladder diary where you monitor fluid in vs fluid out. You should be able to find out about it online. Good luck, bladder issues are my most frustrating issue.

I dont pee that much during the day or when I am up. Once I lie down my kidneys go into overdrive and I have to cath in the night and first thing I can have up to a litre or more. About an hour after my first cath of the morning I have another big one then very lttle for the rest of the day.

No swelling. I drink on average 1500-2000ml from noon till around 9pm. Then I don't drink much cuz I can't cath myself & parents usually go to bed around 11-midnight after my last cath & meds. No change in diet. On a I see it I eat it diet. Lol. I eat a lot some days then the next not much.
