Iv'e developed what looks like a callous, but might be the beginning of a sore on the bottom of my heel. Has anyone had one there? Is it from pressure on my heel while in the chair and if so should I drop my foot pedals down some? I hesitate to do that because I would just slouch in my chair all that much sooner. This chair life is getting old

If there is no redness around it, you are probably okay. You may just need to change the angle of your footplate. I found if I drop my footplate too low, it hurts the back of the legs. Make sure your socks are not creased under your foot. You may want to try different shoes for a few days also.
Good luck.
