Hello - this is my first time. I'm C-5 Quad - 1 yr. 2 mos. I have detrusor sphincter dysinergia.
I do not use an indwelling catheter, but release urine when my bladder spasms. Recently I have experienced constant burning around my kidneys and bladder.

Does anyone know about botox injections into the bladder sphincter? If anyone has had this done, please let me know. And, if anyone has had a Sphincterotomy I would like to know how that has worked out.
