I don't have a problem with the triangles moving around but i have a few different compartments in my cushion, my only issue is it folding in half when my transfer onto it isn't as graceful as it might otherwise be or trying to get into my trousers when i am getting dressed!
I don't have a problem with the seat of my chair sagging, it does have adjustable straps that tighten it up though

I'm just about to try one!

Physio suggestions: Use board rather than sling: Allows cusion to "work" properly ------------ Is that right ????
I should patent next line!
Trin........... I constantly would get the corner of my cushion folding under me.
So.........
A 2" piece of webbing with velcro attached to the side of the cushion cover at the front. This then goes around frame and back on itself holding the front of the cushion to the wheelchair.
Works really well.
