My husband and I did a 6 day backcountry trip July 21-26 with our 4 horses. This was the second time we packed my wheelchair in, and it was wonderful to have it! I was able to go off on my own and fish, and help out a lot more than I could with crutches. Pics on my blog here:

WOW!!!! That's awesome. You go girl. When I stay in Ca. with a friend, her and her daughter in-law have 5 horses. I help groom and stuff and get to ride some too. I love horses. The longest ride I was able to mange was maybe an hour and a half. But I love getting off the beaten path.
