OK so I have this idea for our friend's 40th birthday to make a "nice" card. (It's his 40th!)

So the outside is going to be in the shape of a jukebox, with a small window showing some black sparkly where there records would go.....as the front cover is lifted will be TWILIGHT ZONE along with the intro Rod Sterling always said in gel pen.....inside.....ALL records/songs have been changed to something about "The BIG 4 0!"...so each page will be a record with the original name/title written tiny + crossed out like below & the changed/new name in BIG BOLD LETTERS.

So far I've got:


99 bottles of beer on the wall
40 years of calendars off the wall

99 red balloons
40 BLACK balloons

Little deuce coupe
Little OLD coot

Blueberry Hill
OVER THE HILL

16 candles
40 candles

I'd like to stick to the more well known songs so that it's not so "?????" when it's presented. I've got til Saturday cuz we'll be giving it to him on Sunday....but I still would like another song/record idea or 2.

As much as my B/F absolutely LOVES that song.....I think HE would kill me! But it's pretty funny though. I've got 6 now so maybe just 1 or 2 more....along with The TWILIGHT ZONE page (I'll try using my phone to upload pix of the project.....it'd be easier than explaining THAT way I think)I've got my work cut out for me. I'll start working on it momentarily but I'll be checking back in.....hint...hint.
