I have used 4 Roho cushion in quick succession and i am still baffled on what can be the cause of it being spoilt easily. Please does anybody have an idea of what could be the cause and how best i can handle it to fix it? Or is there any better seating cushion that i can use in place of the ROHO cushion considering the fact that when i was using the ROHO it never put pressure on the sore i'm nursing...

Hey Ayo

I use a VicAir cushion. Like the ROHO its air based, but is made up of lots of individual pockets of air. Similar to a beanbag. Personally, when pressure mapped the VicAir was better suited to my needs and unlike a ROHO that can puncture, the VicAir can just be checked every few months and any deflated cells replaced. Def worth considering. Their website is:

I am also a ROHO only for 5 years... I have 2 I use, I follow the instructions to find holes and patch... They seem to have a very little air lose... I check pressure about every week.

What is causing the ROHO to need a new one?

Do you pump it up very high and put in water and find bubble hole, mark with pin and let air out and patch?

cheers,
dan
