I'm sure the occasional slip up wont bite too much. Just be sensible for the rest of the week and remember your target weight the next time you're tempted!!

I'm still failing to write that article. I have however prepared the dessert for tomorrow (friends birthday so I'm cooking a big meal for friends and family) and will make the preparations I can on the starter later on.

And then I'll procrastinate on that article a little longer.

I confess that as a kid I probably would not have cried.
Now that I am older I cry very easily, especially if kids or animals are suffering.
I'm really an old softy now.

That moment a friend puts up a photograph on Facebook of some *really* quite high high heels and you post a reply "bloody hell how do you walk in those things??" ... only to have to run and delete it and hope she didn't see it, or even worse someone else see's it and thinks me a complete insensitive ass.*

God damn cripples confusing my little brain.

*Which technically would be true as ones rump does lack in sensitivity but that's not the point.

I confess I'm stuck in the emergency room and the doctor just told me I have pneumonia. But the ostomy farts are keeping things humorous. I'm gonna be able to go home at least yay!!

For me it's a warning sign of things to come . . . usually within the next 7 seconds

LOL air usually passes out ones bum but when someone has a colostomy it passes through the stoma which is the side of your stomach. I'm guessing my system is still whacked out from the surgery because I have never had so much air floating around in my belly lol. I seem to be putt putting along through each day for now. They can be quite loud lol the people in the ER waiting room kept giving looks and all I could do was crack up laughing.

Rattics did you ever get your supplies?? I feel for ya!

I confess I use duct tape to fix a lot of things as well :P

I confess I know how you feel Levi. The first couple of times I thought and Leah also "what the hell was that", bit wierd when the fart comes from yours stomach area with no warning. And yep we were warned about the gas thing, the nurse said if I wanted to make friends just release the air out in a crowd and watch people run. Gross I know, I thinks she was joking, but it sure packs a punch.
