I confess that I have had far too much Chablis this evening, feeling very chilled and not even minding that match of the day is on while I type this.

I confess that I am currently considering getting out of bed to go and raid the drinks cabinet in a bid to get the pain low enough to get some decent sleep.
Last night my spine was soothed with Crabbies Ginger Beer. I can not describe just how blissful it was for the pain to be gone after a really /very/ uncomfortable week and I slept better than I have done in ages.

Do you rub it in or glug it? Might have to give it a try.

I confess every time i go to a party and i hear some good music i'm tempted to ask a girl to dance but i have to figure out a way to look smooth dancing in my chair ..... gotta keep my cool on point. I did manage to get a lovely lady to sit on my lap we took a picture together. I must confess she felt and looked good sitting there.

Do you need a mirror? I know who could help you practice.....dancing if, you wouldn't get distracted. You've still got the moves....go for it!!!!!

I confess that I really don't want my mother in law here for dinner this evening - she will talk with food in her mouth, criticise my lovely beef stew and keep going on about how wonderful my sister in law is. I feel really guilty for feeling this way!

Sure, if you don't mind a dog or two up there with you. WARNING ....the pug is a loud snorer! Petting dogs can be good therapy. Oh, sometimes an air mask may be needed ....pugs snore out both ends!
