Renting A Pool Lift In New York

Does anyone know where I could rent a pool lift in the southern New York Area? My brother has an incomplete C3-C5 injury for the last 4 months. We are having a birthday party for him and he is insistant on going in the pool. He thought we could just rent a Hoyer lift that they used in the hospital when he first had his accident. Does that work? It is an in the ground pool. Once in the pool (he is planning on wearing a life vest for saftey) there are two wall benches he can sit on that are under the water. We just need to safley get him in and out of our pool. Any other friendly advise would be welcome.
