After 6 years of waiting, I've finally been issued my first patent. Guess that makes me "officially" an inventor now Posted Image

Good for you! It takes a lot of dedication to see that through.

Do you have a website yet? Pictures?

Congratulations! Your product sounds amazing, well done :D

I've actually had a few ideas for some products too, but I have no idea how you go about making it happen, or even if my ideas are actually viable - i'm certainly not experienced in product design or development. As you said above, it takes a lot of time and money to see something through, and I just don't have enough money behind me. Shame because I think the products I have in mind would make such a difference to disabled people. Certain things i've searched and searched for, thinking how much easier they would make my life, and now i've not found them, i'm sure there is a gap in the market. Just need to win the lottery and i'd be well away!

Anyway, i'm so pleased for you - wishing you all the luck in getting your product made and on the market :)
