hey guys,

last night when getting in bed i noticed the area under my left hip is in alot of pain:

tender to the touch
i feel it deeper inside too

but there is no redness, no brusing.i don't know think is pressure issues because of that.

i really dont know what it is wrong. i asked my team mates. one said my hip could be out of possition and said how she pops it back in. i tried and it didn't work.
if it doesn't pop in or get better by sunday i'm going to get it looked at.

any ideas?

Do you tend to lay in the hip that is now hurting when you sleep? And aside from that....I'm not sure but the worst that happens by getting it checked out is that they say it's find please pay a $20 copay. :dunno:

same thing with me. its my left hip and some of the muscles around it in the leg are very sore. I had a hip replacement 6 years ago so there is only metal there but me too i can't figure it out. i have been putting ice packs on the area and that seems to help. (lowers inflamation)
