Oh right, and I'm about 162-164cm in height.. And my waist diameter is about 27cm

I'm sure there are items out there like that, and they're probably nicer & even more user-friendly. That one seems kind of like someone put it together at home. Sorry I can't point you in a clear direction. Why don't you try Google?

THAT is what I have seen a lot of kids with CP using on their chairs. It's a positioning add-on. But THE name of it I'm not sure....most wheelchair suppliers/fitters would be able to at least tell you what they are; just tell them you're looking for a padded contoured foam support with a cover...from there they'd just need to know what you're specifically wanting to do with it/use it for.

Oh I see over here need to get it measured up by someone custom made and a occupational therapist helps out.
