In the US, we have what are called medic alert bracelets (or necklaces) that tell medical professionals of conditions such as diabetes. I'm sure other countries have them, but I don't know what they are called worldwide so I hope you folks in the UK and elsewhere understand what I'm talking about (I'm not implying you nice folks are dumb. It's just language differences).
I have been thinking of having one printed for a long time. I'm an incomplete C3-C7 who can walk short distances without a walker or wheelchair. It's rare for me to have Autonomic Dysreflexia. I do have spasticity problems.
I don't know if saying "spinal cord injury" is enough information for a paramedic, nurse, or doctor to work with.
Does anyone have any advice on what to have printed on the bracelet? Thanks.
