hi, im a c5-c6 quad and have lost weight in my legs and chest from stress over the last year, has anyone here ever gained leg weight after losing it and how it would be possible 2 put it on? cheers

Well for just lbs there is just eating more but that is just FAT.

As for gaining muscle that's pretty hard....I've heard of success with the electro-bikes. But I admit I don't know much about using that.

I'm an incomplete so in my case I'm able to do SOME walking with crutches, I swim & do some modified yoga for the exercising of my legs but even though I've been working VERY hard to prevent it after 21yrs there is still some mild loss.
